This community does have a PID. A Public Improvement District (PID) is a defined geographical area established by a city or county to fund specific types of public improvements or maintenance through assessments levied against the property owners within the district. This includes infrastructure like roads, water and wastewater systems, parks, and landscaping. It is collected with the homes property taxes.
